Beth is a dynamic leader with twenty-five years of experience transforming industry analyst relations, marketing strategy, and media communications for startups, midmarket, and enterprise companies. She regularly delivers against aggressive goals to help companies meet and exceed their business objectives. Her work grows sales and valuations. 

Beth has built several of the most well-regarded analyst relations programs from the ground up at companies including FatWire, RedDot, Cybage Software, Contentstack, Sitecore, and OpenText. Since 2019, she has led Torrie Communications, a boutique consulting firm in Chapel Hill, NC. She regularly advises software and services companies, venture capital and private equity companies on growth strategies. Beth has an outstanding reputation and is widely known for being a trusted advisor and thought leader. She is the co-creator of The Bendy Show - The Analyst Relations Podcast. 

 

Beth will complete her MBA at NC State in May 2025 with a graduate certificate in leadership and as a McLaughlan Fellow. She received her BS from Boston University.

Holly Barnett is the founder and Principal Analyst Relations Advisor of HB MarCom, a strategic communications firm specializing in industry Analyst Relations. 

 

Throughout her career, Holly has worked with a diverse array of organizations, from scrappy startups to Fortune 100 companies, helping them apply communications best practices to achieve their business goals. With extensive experience in both in-house and agency roles, Holly brings a well-rounded perspective to her work. 

 

Holly has led and mentored more than 100 analyst relations, public relations, and marketing professionals, sharing her expertise and passion for the industry. An analyst relations evangelist, she has been featured as a guest speaker at numerous universities and professional organizations, including Chapman University, UC Irvine, Cal State Long Beach, Cal State Fullerton, UNC-Chapel Hill, Cybersecurity Marketing Society, Medical Marketing Association, the International Association of Business Communicators, and the Public Relations Society of America.
